High-Performance Dex-O-Tex System Installed by Gaveet Waterproofing & Restoration
Gaveet Waterproofing & Restoration successfully completed the waterproofing of a 400 sq. ft. second-story sundeck in Los Angeles, California. This residential project featured the installation of a durable 7-layer Dex-O-Tex waterproofing system, engineered to withstand harsh weather and daily foot traffic.
To enhance comfort and energy efficiency, the deck was finished with a light-reflective topcoat, designed to lower surface temperatures and reduce indoor heat gain. Our skilled technicians addressed all critical detail areas—including wall bases, sloped surfaces, drainage inlets, and door thresholds—to deliver a fully sealed, weather-resistant outdoor living space.
